Daily Case Law stores the email address and digest preferences you submit, along with signup and update timestamps, solely to provide and administer the requested digest. We do not sell or share subscriber information for advertising.

Every email includes preference and unsubscribe links. Delivery providers receive only the information needed to deliver and monitor the requested email, including bounce and complaint handling.
